• Monitor par levels and work order status in NetSuite and MasterControl to identify finished goods ready for transfer or new work order generation.
• Validate daily work orders for completeness and alignment with MasterControl records.
• Update the weekly Excel production tracker sourced from MasterControl and flag discrepancies or trends.
• Review and release manufacturing lots in NetSuite by converting them into assembly builds.
• Conduct QA checks on work orders, validating lot consumption, labor hours, and bill of materials accuracy; apply inventory adjustments as needed.
• Support quarterly physical inventory counts and reconcile system vs. physical inventory using Excel templates and NetSuite saved searches.
